About Templora, a smart glasses sourcing desk

Templora is a sourcing desk for smart glasses, not a factory. We coordinate partner plants across China's electronics base and eyewear clusters and keep one program file from brief to shipment. See how a program runs.

What the desk is

Templora is a smart glasses sourcing desk. Brands, retailers, distributors and project buyers send us a brief; we shortlist partner plants that already make close matches, run the sample rounds, write the specification down to the modules inside the temple, plan the certification route, follow production and inspect each lot before it ships. The buyer gets one program file, one point of contact and one document set, even though a single pair of smart glasses touches several suppliers.

Templora is A FULVERA sourcing brand. FULVERA (fulveraglobal.com) runs a group of category-specific sourcing desks for overseas B2B buyers; Templora is the one that covers smart eyewear, from audio frames to AI translation, camera and Rx-ready models.

What the desk is not

Templora does not own a plant, a mould shop or a test lab. We do not publish prices, and we do not issue certificates: certificates are issued by accredited test labs to the partner plant or to your brand, per project, and the desk verifies their scope and validity. We do not make medical, hearing or vision claims for any product, and we do not promise market results. Quantities, lead times and test plans on this site are typical reference ranges, confirmed in writing for each program.

Three supply chains in one program

A smart glasses program aligns three supply chains that usually do not talk to each other. The electronic temple - Bluetooth or AI board, acoustics, cells and charging - comes from the Shenzhen electronics base, with assembly across the wider Pearl River Delta. The front and hinge come from eyewear frame makers in the Shenzhen Henggang cluster, where local reporting counts about 1,200 eyewear firms, and in the Wenzhou Ouhai cluster, which local sources describe as one of China's five main eyewear production bases. Lenses come from Danyang, which by local estimates produces more than 400 million pairs of lenses a year, and from Xiamen for sunglass and polarized lenses. Background is on the cluster map.

The desk's office is in Yongjia County, Wenzhou, also home to the Ouhai eyewear cluster. It is an operations office, not a production site: production happens at partner plants in the clusters above.

How the desk coordinates

Depending on the program, coordination takes one of three forms.

  • Catalog model with logo: one partner plant supplies the finished pair; the desk checks the spec, logo, packaging, documents and lot quality.
  • Assembled program: an electronics plant supplies the temples, a frame maker the fronts and a lens maker the lenses; the desk aligns fit, lens spec and the assembly point, and inspects the combined product.
  • Custom OEM or ODM: a new frame mould, acoustic tuning or app white-label; the desk manages engineering samples, the golden sample and the test plan before the batch.

What the desk checks that a single supplier often does not

Most problems in smart glasses programs appear at the joins between suppliers. A temple from one plant may not route its flex cable cleanly through a hinge from another; a lens may meet ISO 12312-1 as a blank but lose its category marking after edging; a charging case may ship with a cell rating that changes how it travels by air. The desk keeps these interfaces on the spec sheet: hinge and flex routing, lens category and UV400 marking, cell watt-hours and the UN3481 or UN3480 route, firmware version at shipment and the recording indicator on camera models. Audits and inspections are written against those points, so a repeat order starts from a known file rather than from a new conversation.

How we work with buyers

  1. Brief: market, channel, lines, lens type, quantities and the certificates you need.
  2. Shortlist and samples: two or three partner plants, with catalog samples in 5-10 working days.
  3. Specification: a signed spec sheet covering the six temple modules, packaging and test items.
  4. Production follow-up and pre-shipment inspection, with findings kept in the program file.
  5. Shipping with the document set, including UN 38.3 summaries for the cells.

Every quantity, date and test plan is confirmed in writing before an order is placed. The details are on quality control and MOQ and lead time. To talk about a program, use the quote form or write to mark@fulveraglobal.com.

Questions buyers ask

Q01Is Templora a factory?

No. Templora is a sourcing desk that coordinates partner plants. Electronics, frames and lenses are produced at partner plants in the Shenzhen, Wenzhou, Danyang and Xiamen clusters; the desk shortlists them, manages samples and specifications, and inspects each lot.

Q02What is the relationship with FULVERA?

Templora is A FULVERA sourcing brand. FULVERA (fulveraglobal.com) operates category-specific sourcing desks for overseas B2B buyers, and Templora is the desk for smart eyewear.

Q03Where is the office?

The operations office is in Yongjia County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Wenzhou is also home to the Ouhai eyewear cluster. The office is not a production site; production happens at partner plants.

Q04Who holds the certificates?

Accredited test labs issue certificates to the partner plant or to your brand, per project. The desk checks that the scope matches your product and market and keeps copies in the program file, but does not hold certificates in its own name.

Q05Which buyers does the desk work with?

Brand owners, DTC brands, marketplace sellers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, sourcing agents and enterprise project buyers. Each has a solutions page describing the lines, documents and checkpoints that usually fit.

Send the lines you need, target specs, the quantity per model and your market. The desk replies in writing with matched plants, a spec sheet, certification routes and the reference MOQ.
