What we collect and why
When you send an inquiry through the quote form or the contact form, we receive the details you enter: typically your name, company, email address, country, phone or messaging number if you provide it, and the content of your message, such as the lines, quantities and markets you are interested in. We also record the page the form was sent from and the time it was sent. We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and to prepare any follow-up you ask for, such as a sample plan or a quotation. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for unrelated marketing.
You do not need to create an account to use the site, and you can read every page without giving us any personal information.
Where inquiry data is stored
Form submissions are processed by Cloudflare Workers and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Access is limited to the people who answer inquiries for the desk. Cloudflare acts as an infrastructure provider and may process data in data centres outside your country, under its own published privacy and data processing terms. If your inquiry leads to a program, the information you share during the program is kept in the program file and handled under the confidentiality terms agreed in writing.
Analytics
The site uses a third-party, privacy-friendly analytics script to count page views and understand which pages are useful. When you load a page, visit data such as the page address, referring page, browser type, device type and approximate country is sent to that analytics service. It is used in aggregate to improve the site; it is not used to build advertising profiles. The site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Local storage in your browser
Your language choice and whether you have dismissed the cookie notice are saved in your browser's local storage, so the site remembers them on your next visit. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Retention and your rights
Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact, or deleted earlier on request. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to mark@fulveraglobal.com; we will reply within a reasonable time and confirm when the data has been removed. Depending on where you are, you may have further rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. This policy may be updated when the site changes; the current version is always on this page, and the terms of use explain how the rest of the site may be used.
